    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Delivery charges vary based on the shipping location and order size. At checkout, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of any delivery costs associated with your order.

    Additionally, we offer free or discounted shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will automatically apply if your order qualifies. For specific regions or international deliveries, please contact us or refer to our shipping policy for more details.

    How long will delivery take?

    One of our top focuses is order processing. Please give any location in the Greater Accra Region up to 72 hours after the date of your order. After the order is placed, delivery to addresses outside of the Greater Accra Region could take up to five days. Since we rely on a third party, we are unable to guarantee a delivery schedule, however, most orders should arrive within a few days after being sent out. Please contact our support staff if you want a delivery that is assured for the next day.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. We then carefully process and package your items, ensuring quality and accuracy. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress. Our customer support team is also available to assist with any queries along the way.

    Opentrade will automatically send you a receipt with a tracking order number in your email right after a successful checkout. As a company, we strive to serve our customers quickly and respectfully.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    To add a gift receipt to your order, simply check the “Add Gift Receipt” option at checkout. This option is usually located in the "Order Details" or "Extras" section.

    A gift receipt excludes item prices but includes return information. If you need help or don’t see the option, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist!

    How long do I have to return an order?

    Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required to process the return.
